We are excited to announce that Benchark's TopView Scada Connectivity is now included in the price of TopView, and no longer requires an additional purchase!

In addition, the next TopView release will no longer require a separate installation for Scada Connect as it will be integrated into the TopView Configurator.

Exele TopView

Alarm notification, call-out, and management software that uses standard OPC protocols to link to HMI software packages. TopView includes several features that other competing packages are missing. Benchmark makes the Scada Connectivity package for TopView that automatically connects to HMI software or PLC's and imports the alarms that the user chooses.

Conversion Services

The most "undefined" portion of purchasing SCADA software is the labor required to configure it for use. Benchmark provides flat-fee pricing to convert the customer's current software configuration to the packages that we sell. Therefore, the costs are defined, the timeline is short, and the headaches are non-existent.

Support

The first line of support is through the manufacturer, and the packages that Benchmark sells provide one year of free support. Benchmark sells on-going support after the first year through the manufacturer, but we also provide after-hours support and extended support contracts to extend the services provided by the manufacturer.

Training

Training videos for our software are provided on the Benchmark Software YouTube channel. These training videos provide a quick and easy way to get started with using the software that we sell. Benchmark also sells training services directly from the manufacturer as well as training classes from the Benchmark technical personnel.
